I Want To Create A Missing Cashback Ticket But Can't Find The Retailer I’m Trying To Report.
You can only submit tickets for transactions where you have clicked through to the retailer using VeggieVision Cashback at least 5 days ago but no more than 90 days ago.
When you create a missing cashback ticket we check to ensure you have met this criteria automatically.
If the retailer you are trying to report is not listed then either:
1/ You have never clicked through to that retailer from this VeggieVision Cashback account. Are you sure you have logged into the correct VeggieVision Cashback account?
2/ If the transaction occurred less than 5 days ago you will not be able to log a missing transaction until that time. Incidentally. with products such as insurance many retailers take up to 30 days to report cashback.
3/ Sorry, but we cannot support transactions more than 90 days old. We have introduced this rule based on our retailers' requests, who are unable to help us with aged enquiries. |
